​Shortening machine operation method

1. The conveyor platform of the crisper is not suitable for carrying heavy objects; before using the crisper, check whether all parts are intact and whether there is electricity leakage. Only after everything is normal, can it be closed for trial operation;

2. Clean up the shortening machine before use, wipe it with a dry cloth, put the oil in according to the standard, and heat it;

3. The rolled dough should not be too hard (such as frozen dough), and it should not be too thin at one time, otherwise it will affect the stability and service life of the equipment;

4. After the shortening machine has been running for 40 hours, please re-tension the belt and chain to the proper position to avoid slipping and disconnection of the transmission;
