Freezer refrigeration system

Refrigerator refrigeration system mainly consists of four parts: compressor, condenser, evaporator and capillary tube, forming a closed loop system by itself. The evaporator is installed above the inside of the refrigerator, and other components are installed on the back of the refrigerator. 


The system is filled with a substance called "Freon 12 (CF2Cl2, international symbol R12)" as a refrigerant. Freon 12 is vaporized from low-pressure liquid into gas in the evaporator, absorbs the heat in the refrigerator, and reduces the temperature in the box. The Freon 12 that has become gaseous is sucked by the compressor, compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor, and then discharged into the condenser. In the condenser, the gaseous Freon 12 continuously radiates heat to the surrounding space and gradually liquefies into liquid. 


These high-pressure liquids must flow through the capillary tube, throttling and reducing the pressure to slowly flow into the evaporator, and maintain it in the evaporator to continue to vaporize and absorb heat and cool down. In this way, the refrigerator uses electric energy to do work, and with the help of the change of the refrigerant's physical state, the heat around the evaporator in the box is transferred to the condenser after the box to release it, and it circulates continuously to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.
